I called on NYE to ask about whether an oil was available and what could be substituted, in the off chance they were open. I received a call back a couple minutes later, (even though they were closed) and some excellent advice. I got the impression that John knows his stuff and likes to help people.

Blew a hose on my excavator at 4pm on a Friday. Rang John, expecting I'd to have to wait until Monday. But no! Even though he was going away for the weekend he came by the property around 6pm on his way back from another job to pick up the damaged hose to make a replacement back at his workshop. I dropped by his workshop after giving him a half hour headstart and it was ready when I got there. I was able to fit the hose first thing Saturday morning and get back to work. Brilliant service. Couldn't have been better. Thanks John.
