For most standard commercial contracts we provide a fixed fee once we've seen the document and understood the commercial deal behind it. Complex multi-party agreements are scoped and quoted in writing before work begins.
Do you act for small businesses or only large companies?+
Both. A significant portion of our commercial work is for owner-operated and family businesses across Brisbane and South East Queensland. We scale our approach to the matter.
Can you act quickly if I need a contract signed this week?+
Yes. Urgent commercial work is part of what we do — call us and we'll tell you within the same business day whether we can meet your deadline.
Do you draft contracts from scratch or only review existing ones?+
Both. We can prepare bespoke agreements, build standard-form contracts and terms of trade for repeat use, or review and negotiate contracts presented to you by the other side.
What happens if there's a dispute about a contract you drafted?+
Our commercial litigation team works alongside our transactional lawyers, so if a dispute arises we already know the deal and the document. That continuity saves time and cost.
