Why Trilogy

Boutique focus. Senior attention.

Our principals personally lead every criminal defence matter. You speak with the lawyer making decisions on your file — not a rotation of juniors. Common questions

Frequently asked

Should I talk to police?+

Generally not before you get advice. You have a right to silence in most situations, and a recorded interview cannot be undone. Call us first.

Will I get a conviction recorded?+

Not necessarily. For many first offences the court has discretion not to record a conviction, taking into account your character, employment and the nature of the offence.

Can I keep driving after a drink driving charge?+

In some cases a work licence is available. Eligibility is strict and depends on your reading, licence class and driving history.

How much will my defence cost?+

We quote a fixed fee for defined stages — plea, hearing, sentence — so you know the cost before you commit.

Do you appear in court yourself?+

Yes. For higher-court trials we brief carefully chosen counsel and remain closely involved throughout.
